Effective leadership is not necessarily understood by a single definition. Quality leadership will arouse a positive and collective environment due to the trust earned by the leader from those who are working with the individual or within the organization. People who are under the direction of an effective leader will feel comfortable in their environment and know that their feelings, opinions, and skills are valued to the system they belong to. They will also understand their trusted leader will involve them in decision making and processes within the organization as well. Leadership demands the management of a complex system to move the organization forward in a positive direction towards the shared vision of those involved.
